What is Future Mobile's refund policy?

At Future Mobile, we take great pride in offering our customers top-quality products. Every product is rigorously inspected to ensure it meets our high standards, and we package each item with the greatest care, aiming for your complete satisfaction.

However, there are times when unexpected inventory issues or quality checks may lead to the unavailability of your chosen product(s). If we need to cancel your order due to these circumstances, we will inform you promptly. For orders paid online, refunds will be processed through the original payment method after our team's confirmation. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

In the uncommon scenario where you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and there are no inherent issues, you have the option to return the device within the first 10 days from delivery for a 'Change of mind.' Please note that a deduction of 20% + 150 will be applied, provided the device is free from physical damage or misuse and all accessories are returned in their original condition.

Once we receive and inspect the returned device, our quality check team will process a full refund within 14 days if the claim is valid. If not, a deduction of 20% + 150 will be applied.

Should the device show signs of misuse or if any items are missing, it will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you as is.
