What You Need to Know About Returns:

Shopping with us should be a breeze, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your product, here’s what you can do:

  • Incorrect or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that's different from what you ordered or is damaged, you can return it in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Have you changed your Mind?: No worries! You have 10 days from when you receive your product to return it, provided it's undamaged and in its original packaging. However, we might deduct a fee (up to 20% of the item price plus shipping up to AED 150) for operational expenses.

If you’ve opened the packaging but the product is still new, unused, and pristine, we'll only deduct a 20% fee plus shipping costs for returns.

Refunds:

We’re proud of our quality products, but if there's an issue with stock or a quality concern that prevents us from fulfilling your order, we’ll let you know ASAP. Refunds are processed using the original payment method for online payments and via bank transfer for cash on delivery.

While we do a thorough quality check and pack items carefully, please note that we’re not liable for damage during transit or transportation.

Once we receive and review your returned product, we’ll process your refund. This might take a few days, but we’ll keep you updated.

Shipping Costs:

Remember, return shipping costs are on you, even if the item originally had free shipping.
