In the unlikely event that your device from Future Mobile encounters any issues, rest assured, that we've got you covered. We'll manage the return and service process through our seller. All you need to do is inform us about the problem within the 12-month warranty period. However, it's important to note that for the warranty to be valid, the device must not have suffered any physical or accidental damage.
Exclusions:
Damage caused by liquids won't be covered.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues that don't impact device functionality are not included.
Negligence or intentional tampering resulting in damages is not covered.
Loss, deletion, or corruption of stored data.
Repairs or inspections carried out by third parties won't be covered under the warranty.
