The extent of scratches on refurbished phones varies according to their grade. Phones graded as 'Excellent' may have very light scratches that are almost invisible from a distance of 20cm. Devices graded as 'Very Good' display light scratches, while those categorized as 'Good' may have visible scratches and possibly some dents.
